Sugarcane Bowls & Plates are made from natural, recycled sugarcane fibre called bagasse – an easily renewable plant-based raw material. The Bowls are widely used for serving soups, noodles, stews, salads, stir-fry’s or cold foods such as breakfast bowls, ice cream, yoghurt and puddings.
The Bowls & Plates are:
Heat, water and oil resistant
Suitable for hot and cold food
A natural cream colour with a textured paper-like feel
Microwave safe
Plant-based and renewable
Compostable in a home or industrial compost facility, or worm farm, within as little as 3 to 12 weeks
